Together, we are able to offer a catalog tailored exclusively to "Green Section" publishers, bringing quality books to 2300 indie-friendly stores across North America, plus opportunities for advertising and affordable printing.
FAQ #3: What exactly does that mean?
Publishers: If you have a product listed in the Enemi Catalog, you are being carried by Haven.
Retailers: If you place an order from the Enemi Catalog, you are dealing with Haven as your distributor.
How Enemi Fits In...
Enemi produces a printed catalog through which they help promote products to indie-friendly markets.
- Catalog Production - Enemi's sole focus is on making the best publication they can for the benefit of both retailers -- with easy to read listings -- and suppliers -- with FREE listings for all back stock and new titles, plus reviews and news.
- Catalog Listings - The catalog is open to all of our suppliers who submit their solicitations to Enemi and are approved. Please note that due to budget and time constraints, not every book in stock automatically gets listed.
- Advertising - Enemi offers advertising in the catalog. They also publish the "Indie Sampler" anthology. Feel free to ask about rates and info.
- Print Service - Enemi provides independent publishers with affordable printing options, which then allows new issues to be solicited as Advance Orders. Ask them for details.
What Haven Does...
Haven handles the purchasing, order processing, and shipping for all of the products listed in the Enemi catalog.
- Back Stock - All products listed in the catalog are either in stock or on special order status. If a customer orders a product from the catalog that we don't have in yet, we'll place a purchase order for it directly with the publisher.
- Advance Orders - For now, only publishers who go through Enemi's print service will be able to list their upcoming issues in advance. We will purchase books through Enemi as your supplier for these advance orders.
