Getting Started
All we need to get an account set up for you is...
- Store Name
- Sales Contact Name
- Phone Number, Address, Fax Number
- Shipping zone - commercial or residential?

Terms
Payment --
- All new customers are set up on pre-pay for the first two orders and then we bump you to "Net 7". We can discuss longer credit terms after you establish an ordering history with us.
Minimums --
- To qualify for wholesale prices, we need a minimum of $50 retail with no minimum on the number of items in the order. Orders under $50 retail will still be filled, but with a 10% discount reduction.
Discounts --
- Above the minimum order, Haven customers enjoy a flat discount structure. You get the discount extended by the publisher, regardless of the size of your order.
- Discounts vary between products and publishers. Most comics and media are offered at 50% off, but some may be available at 45%. Shirts and toys are 40% for all suppliers.
Shipping --
- Orders are shipped UPS Ground or by USPS with a tracking number unless otherwise requested. We can ship internationally, but we reccomend a freight forwarder outside of North America.
- If you are on credit terms and your order total reaches $3,000 retail in a calander month, we will rebate your next order the amount of half your shipping for that month.
Back Orders --
- Items not in stock will be cancelled unless requested to be back ordered. We can back order any merchandise that we already carry, and we can keep it on back order for as long as you need, barring that the item is not discontinued by the supplier.
Damaged Items --
- Damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt to receive full credit and/or replacement.
The Haven Difference
As a retailer, ask yourself a few questions and answer honestly.- How often have your orders been screwed up by your current supplier?
- How long did it take you to get the problem fixed?... If it got fixed at all?
We promise to fulfill your order accurately. If something does go wrong, we'll fix it. There's no hoops to jump through when calling us for customer service.
We don't have seven department heads who all have to talk to each other to track down your order and keep your records straight, all of whom are probably at the mercy of a director who is so detached from the company's customers, he doesn't even know the name of your store.
We treat our customers as partners, not numbers on a spreadsheet.
Here's another question...
- If a title sold out on you and your customers kept asking for it, what could you do?
We are a resale distributor, meaning we specialize in keeping titles in stock for re-order. We make it a point to carry everything from "hot" indies to arthouse books to more obscure and underground titles.
If we don't have it in stock right now and the product is still available from the publisher, we can get it and we can deliver it.
